In this video, Pastor Bill and Pastor Eric take a deep dive into data about the strength and growth areas of our congregation. Our vision consultant surveyed the congregation, called together various focus groups, and brought together the congregation to help interpret the data. What we found provides a helpful path forward to even more strength and health!
