Every year we require parents to read through and sign a waiver which allows us to care for and assist their kids over the course of the year. New this year, you can do this form online by going to this link. This is updated for the 2025-2026 school year.
Please read through the form and submit it if you feel comfortable being a part of the children’s ministry at Cascade Fellowship. If you have any questions about this form or anything children’s ministry related, get ahold of our Elementary Ministry Lead, Lisa.

1) After signing into the Church Center App, touch “Me” on the bottom navigation bar.
2) Touch the top option “Hello, (Your Name)!”
3) Select the “Household” option
4) Choose the child whose picture you want to update
5) Touch “Update Photo” and choose a picture from your photo library or take a photo of your child.
6) Make sure to touch “Update”(top right) after selecting a photo from your phones library or taking a photo
7) DONE!
Here's what you can expect each week in Cascade Kids.
When you arrive, head to the Cascade Kids area to register your child. We’ll make sure we have all the information we need to safely care for your kids, and you’ll receive a security label and name tag. Then you can head to the worship gathering together. About 15 minutes into the gathering, we’ll dismiss all kids to the back of the space where a volunteer will take them to Cascade Kids.
We love caring for our youngest Cascade Kids! Each Sunday, your infant and toddlers will be cared for by trained volunteers in a safe environment created specifically for young children.
SUNDAY MORNINGS
Nursery is available Sunday mornings during Grow Groups (9:00-9:45 am) and also the worship gathering (10:00-11:15 am).
Preschoolers love coming to Cascade Kids because they know they’ll have a fun time learning about God’s gospel story in an age-appropriate environment.

Preschoolers are dismissed from the worship gathering after the music. You may pick your child up from Cascade Kids after the gathering.
We’ve created a brand new environment for Cascade Kids that your elementary kid is going to love! With a mix of music, games, crafts, and teaching in both small and big group times, every kid will remain engaged and excited to be a part of our Kids ministry.
SUNDAY MORNINGS
Kids up through grade 5 are invited downstairs for Grow Groups from 9:00-9:45 am, and also from the main worship gathering after music (about 10:15) they’re picked up from the Cascade Kids area like the rest of our kiddos.
Nursery for infants to two year old’s is provided year round, but the following holiday Sundays we seek to give our volunteers a break and do not provide Cascade Kids Worship (3 year olds – 5th grade)

On these Sundays we will offer a family friendly worship experience where kids are invited to stay with their parents for the service. If this is something your family wants to participate in, the Youth Center will be set up with tables and engaging options for kids.
